Q: What is the best way to collect?

A: At an approved NFT Marketplace, if you are unsure please click here to verify that the NFT Marketplace you collect from is a known marketplace that we trade with.

Q: When should I obtain a shipping quote?

A: We recommend reaching out to us prior to collecting so that we can set expectations

Support

Q: How long does it take for someone in support to respond?

A: We respond within 24-48 hours during the week Monday - Friday EST, is we are closed for a holiday we will respond with an indication as to when we will be back in the studio

Q: Do you offer phone support?

A: Phone support for escalations only, we respond via email, web and social media much faster.
